When talking to other patrons, some had had similar problems and there were many slots unplayable. Since we had waited so long on the last night of our vacation, my husband just threw his card on the floor and left (I would have said prove it - especially since the machine had only shown 2 bets, but we didn't want to further the time wasting). After making us wait 45 minutes (!!!) he came back and said my husband had placed FOUR bets! His name was Jordan Perez (sp?).

When she kept insisting he made the bets, we called for a manager and told him to look at the cameras. We told the attendant, but she kept insisting the machine showed that 2 bets were placed - one for 200 and another for 40 (which must have been done by the wacked out machine!). After calling for help and the machine was reset, it showed he had $15.76 in credits. It froze digitally before he had a chance to bet. Last night, my husband put $20 into the Jazz slot machine. I just want to warn you when gambling in the casino: Many of the slots freeze up while you are playing.
